As an artist, I tend to seek individuality. My works in the past have been based on nostalgia, or emotions of desiderium to provoke the onlooker to understand my work on a deeper level. My ideas for works are not always revolutionary, but I want my audience to understand art doesn’t have to be revolutionary, I just want it to reside with them. Constructing feelings in my work that can invoke past experiences the audience relates to, while also being unique is important in my works. My inspirations are childhood pictures, especially bright memories with duller colors to visualize the feeling in the piece.
