Each day, we use all five senses- hearing, sight, touch, taste, and smell- to navigate the world around us. We are constantly overloaded by the sheer amount of information out there. We rely the heaviest on sight (my favorite as an artist). However, not all information is transferred visually. Some things exist through other senses, but aren’t visible to the naked eye or lack a physical form entirely. To investigate these ideas further, my question is “How can we visualize things that cannot be seen?” Through this, I aim to explore my perspective on the world around me and that of others.
