Colors are the most important aspect of my work. I use different colors and values to express a deeper meaning behind each piece. Above anything else, I strive to create art that evokes emotion, experimenting with different media, tones and subjects to do so. The colors in my pieces are a window to my truer, more profound feelings. I use my art to cope, however, my goal to evoke emotion is always in the back of my mind, exploring art as a universal language.
